So far I know, those values look fine to me, but I don't know much about it.
You might want to set some values manual, sometimes the values change at startup what causes trouble.

When you ran IntelBurnTest, you never said whether the tests passed or not..............redo it and post screen capture images showing the result.

Well on the normal test it passed. And on the High test it got to hot for me to let it run.

I just ran it again on High and it passed 3/8 but was like 86-89 celsius so i stopped it i dont know if i should just let it run no matter what temps are? Also i do not know what the times to run should even be at.

I'm afraid then that those bent pins on the CPU are the issue. You will need to replace the CPU.
With that cooler, you should definately pass the HIGH IntelBurnTest, and also the VERY HIGH.

Well it wasnt bent pins on the CPU it was on the old motherboard where the CPU went in do u think that could have messed up the actual CPU its self.
