Hello,

I'm new here and i had met BSOD while gaming lately and the error name is -
-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
-IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS

I had used memtest86 to tested my 4 rams in 1 time and it does not show any error yet also tested my hhd with Macrorit Disk Scanner and the result shows that my hhds are all fine. I had also formatted all my hdds too:cry::cry:

I'm not so good in computer so please help me:cry::cry:

kottl,

May I know what makes you determined that my BIOS version is causing the BSOD? Is it base on the dump file description? I heard from my friend said that touching the BIOS will be risky and dangerous:shock::shock:

Worth a try. I was getting BSOD issues while playing BF4 and it just recently started happening. I didnt notice temperature changes or any errors with my memory or graphics card. I took my heat sink off and cleaned the old thermal paste off and applied new paste. My computer has been running alot smoother since then. No BSOD since then either.

Golden,

I had ran my rams with Memtest86 and the result as picture below. Yet i heard my friend said try not to fully trust the softwares that test our hardware cause sometime the software is not really can test out the error.

So right now I am playing game with 1 ram to see whether will occur BSOD.

Golden,

I had stopped the test, it took me 61 hours to passed 12 tests. Is that mean my rams are okay?

If yes, what else I can try?

Kindly Regard.

Yes, your RAM looks OK, although it took a long time to test.

0x50's are typically faulty RAM, but since MemTest86+ passes we can say the RAM and motherboard RAM slots do not look faulty.
