Solved BSOD while playing or using Google Earth

Hello,

I experiment some BSOD, quite often while playing games (most frequently on Dark Souls 3), and now while visiting the Web and using Google Earth at the same time.

As it gets pretty annoying, I hope you will be able to help.

Do not blame me for some writing mistakes on my post as I'm french.

I attached the DM Log Collector file to this post, hope I made no mistake !

Hello and welcome Vakoran now the dumps are pointing some hardware issues as far as I can make out

BUGCHECK_STR:  [COLOR="Red"]0x124_AuthenticAMD[/COLOR]

There is a similar issue in this thread and as I was going to reply much in the same way it has links for the tests you should run.

Now to make absolutely we are on the same page the memtest linked there is the only one we recommend and it MUST be run for at least 8 passes or you may as well not bother. It is rather lengthy and best left for a downtime for that machine - overnight is good. Having said that you can stop the test if errors show up while you are around and then it is a matter of tracking down the bad stick of RAM.
Before you set off on that I would also run these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary


if no fix then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times) - just to make sure no issues with that side of actions.

Just as by the by the AV you are running can be a cause for problems but lets get the other stuff done first.

Thank you so much for your help, as I tried as explained and for now, I haven't experimented any BSOD since, even when playing Dark Souls 3.

I think my problem is solved now !
