BSOD while playing steam games ( Xcom, Chivalry, etc) error code F4

Hi I'm running steam games with Amd fx 6100 (3,3 ghz) 8 gt ram and 64 bit windows graphics geforce gtx 660. Getting BSOD's everytime in 20 minutes of gametime.
