BSOD while playing various game, youtube and/or use pc for too long

Hi I have a BSOD bccode 124 (0x00000124) while playing game like tera online or while exist a game, watch a video on youtube and/or watch video for too long. bsod often when use google chrome.

my pc spec
amd athlon 64x2 4800+
m/b m2n-x
ram kingston 2 + 1 GB
vga HIS 7750 2GB icooler (brand new 3 month) with lastest driver 13.4
psu raidmax rx 700w (brand new 3 month brought same date as vga)
other detail in my zip file

I know my cpu, ram, m/b is too old but it work fine and really I dont have enough money to upgrade it to modern things .
