Solved BSOD while rating system

My computer keeps crashing while I run the windows system rating assessment. It crashes around the CPU portion of the assessment.

Some info:
I formatted my computer in order to fix the BSOD but that did not help at all.
The i ran a memtest and showed that the ram i had had some flaws in it. So i bought new ram and ran memtest and no problems occurred.
I used a blue screen viewer and ntoskrnl.exe keeps showing up(this also showed up before i formatted the computer.
