Hello, had some random blue screens before, wasn't sure of what it was but this happened just now when I was rendering in Sony Vegas.

- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? Original
- an OEM or full retail version? The site I purchased my computer from pre built it for me but I did purchase the Windows 7 disk so I guess full retail.

- What is the age of system (hardware)? About 5 months
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) About 5 months, no re-install

Forgot to mention that the computer came over clocked. I also used a program called blue screen viewer which is highlighting hal.dll as a problem, don't know if that can be of any extra help.

Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Security Software: ??? Recommend either of these two:

Possible out of date drivers:
Code:
lirsgt	fffff880`06c72000	fffff880`06c7f000	Sat Mar 06 12:53:01 2004 (404a2c1d)	0001a199 lirsgt.sys
atksgt	fffff880`07e2a000	fffff880`07e79000	Sun May 17 07:36:34 2009 (4a1012e2)	0004fc56 atksgt.sys
lirsgt.sys
atksgt.sys
Neither look too serious, so don't worry about these yet.

Thanks for the fast reply! I think the security thing is because I disabled UAC, I have kaspersky internet security installed. I will try everything else you have posted.
