Welcome aboard.

Both your dumps say it is Stop 0x0A, probably caused by ntkrnlmp.exe .
Code:

---------
Stop 0x0A occurs by various reasons like Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility. But ntkrnlmp.exe cannot be the cause of the crash, actually it is crashing on that kernel.

► Your BIOS is up to date, so we may leave it.
Code:
BIOS Version/Date INSYDE R2087H4, [COLOR=Blue][B]6/15/2012[/B][/COLOR]

► Your Antivirus is NIS. Which is a well known cause of crashes. as a test, you may uninstall it, and install Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows, to see it the crashes are continuing or not.

► Your Realtek Audio and Ethernet driver, both are somehow old, you should try to update those.

► As it is alos caused by drivers, you should Enable Driver Verifier.
Run driver verifier for 24 hours or the next crash which happens earlier. Then disable it, and inform us the total results.

Best of luck.

Hello Arc.. Thanks for getting back quickly..I am out now.. I will try the steps you have given in the evening.. The thing is I am not able to recreate this blue screen scenario every time I restart my machine .. Because it is very random.. When I shutdown my laptop and turn it on then it seems fine.. Even when I get this bsod, I try to turnoff and then when I switch it on I was able to do a normal start.. Couple of times I got this after keeping my laptop on for over a night trying to download..so if try to do a restart the next day I get this.. I will keep you posted on what happens by following above..

Take your time :)

You have given one more nice information, very useful.
Use Speccy to monitor the system heat. Sometimes heat is also causing crashes. An overnight run must have generated a lot of heat.

Driver verifier worked :)

Your problem is ArcSoft Magic-i Visual Effect .
Code:

And, it is very old, too.

You either update it from AcroSoft, or uninstall it.

Then disable Driver Verifier.

Report back with results.

P.S. There may be more problem drivers. So, if you get subsequent BSODs, you may need to enable driver verifier again, but after being guided by any of us.
