BSOD while running Prime95/BF4 with no overclock

I have even bought a Hyper 212X hoping that it would get rid of the BSODs I have been getting while running prime95.I got 1 BSOD while playing BF4.

Also, I did remove the heat sink of 212x twice and reapplied the thermal paste with no improvement.
The longest time my PC would run prime95 (blend) was for around 90 seconds.

I have run memtestx86 with no problems.
I have attached the .zip log.

I forgot to add that it gives me the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error.

You should give it one week for the thermal paste to completly burn in which means you should do lighter tasks like browsing the Internet during this period until the burn in is complete and the thermal paste is at max performance.

Thanks for the reply,it's been one and a half week since I have re-applied the thermal paste.I tried to run prime95 on friday ( 2 days ago) & got the BSOD.

I tried to run prime95 today and there isn't any improvement

I have done a System Refresh which has removed most of the applications and all of the drivers, re-installing only the important drivers and softwares.

Will post the results in a while.

Surprisingly,I updated all of my drivers with driverscanner and started prime95 7 hours ago.There hasn't been any errors except the worker #6 got 'FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4'
