BSOD while running uTorrent or BitTorrent

My System:
1...OS- Window 7 Ultimate x64
Original AsusTec - OEM

2...CPU---AMD Phenom IIx4 965 BE

3...MoBo---AsusTeK M4A87TD/USB3

4...Mem---Corsair Dominator-4GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit

5...Graphic Card---SAPPHIRE HD 6670 1GB GDDR5

6...Monitor---LG Flatron E2260

7...HDD---WDC WD 10 EARS
WDC WD 20 EARX

8...PSU---Cooler Master Silent Pro 600W

9...Cooler---Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

10..Keyboard and mouse ---Logitech K260

11...Recently Build @ 4 months back

12...Formatted C drive and fresh install OS 5 days back

Using uTorrent crashed estimated every 2-8 minutes switched to BitTorrent same thing happening.

Win was updated to the most recent issues.
System was checked with "hot cpu tester" everything was fine.

I took out uTorrent and/or BitTorrent my rig working fine.

Pls do advice me

Your problem is caused by McAffee which is a frequent cause of BSOD's.

Please remove FOR TESTING and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Right now my rig is operating without anykind of BSOD ----for almost 3 hours already
operating uTorrent 2.2.1 with NO failed

In terms of BSOD's MSE causes the fewest IMHO.
