Hello,
Im getting random BSOD while saving large attachements in outlook.
Error code 0x0000007a , details in jpg file.

Ive tried few things like:
- make more empty space
- uninstalling some antiviral software
- installing updates for win and office
- disable automatic updates
- chkdsk /f c:
- change outlook pst file

That desktop machine is used to print on 4 inkjet large format printers connected via usb, so when it bsod jumps out from knowhere, all printing stops and have to start from begining.

Thanks,

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

Hello Again,
Thanks Arc for replay.
I can't get minidump recorded. I tried a few different situations and still nothing.
Any ideas to get it done?

Thanks

Probably the reason behind not recording a crash dump is the poor storage capacity left.
ITEM | VALUE
Dysk | C:
Rozmiar | 144,99 GB (155 682 074 624 bajtów)
Wolne miejsce | 2,89 GB (3 100 303 360 bajtów)
And it is an enough cause of a stop 0x7A.

Get at lease 15 GB free and see how it goes. Let us know the result.

Thanks for replay,
It might be a reason. That machine is working with large photos and the pople who works there sometimes forget to clean it up regularly. I need to observe that.
I did one more thing, i put that desktop on hard cable to the router instead of wifi.
I read somewhere that sometimes network drivers or hardware can do bsod like that.

I will let you know as soon as test those two things :)
Thanks again.

Hello,
I still get no Minidump content.
Drive has no errors on surface test, all outlook addons are disabled, its more than 40GBs of free space on all drives.
Its very annoying when i print on 4 plotters and suddenly i get bsod. All prints are going to trash. Any ideas what to do next ?
