This BSOD is pointing Towards your GFX Drivers, try updating them and removing catalyst control center.

Thank you Harrie for your response. I fixed the troublesome GTX driver by downloading directly from the Nvidia website. Apparently when I UPDATED THE DRIVER PREVIOUSLY THROUGH MICROSOFT UPDATES IT INSTALLED A NEW GTX DRIVER FOR MY VIDEO CARD THAT WAS PROBLEMATIC. (who knew!) Unfortunately, I still got a flag for the ntoskrnl.exe. I somehow fixed that problem by running a very basic virus scan and removing some pup files. I don't see how the ntoskrnl.exe would relate to such a fix since it generally relates to hard drive or ram issues. I had the GTX 580 card overclocked so I returned it to factory settings. Perhaps it was this resetting of the memory timings that did the trick ultimately. But all is finally well.
