Bsod while streaming game

Was Streaming game then I clicked alt+tab to chrome then back to game and screen frozen, then BSOD and rr... First time in 5 Months. I don't know know what was that. PC is not overclocked all stock. Maybe My CPU overheat? Please help me. Thank you.
