Haven't been able to solve this problem on my own, on all brand new hardware listed in my profile, attaching the dump file thing and whocrashed report. I ran a complete malware sweep, installed and did complete Microsoft security essentials scan, and checked all of my drivers. Not sure where to go from here.

It could be hardware related. Try running some stress tests.

Code:
BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa800eb80028, b0800000, 40151}

Stress test your CPU with Prime95

I would also run a stress test on your GPU because your drivers are still fairly new.

and yes I would recommend running memtes86 when you get a USB flash drive.

What temperatures did it get to? You may have insufficient airflow to exhale the hot air, your CPU fans may not be good enough for the CPU you are using.

I think you are right. At the moment I am using an AMD FX8350 with stock HSF, Core Temp has all cores idling at 39c-45c, will attempt prime95 again.

39C degrees is hot for an idle CPU. I've never personally had an AMD CPU but I've heard many times that they overheat quickly.
Does your case have sufficient airflow? How big is the case? If you have a big case with good airflow then I would recommend buying a better HSF.

I have a CM storm mid tower ( I believe it is the Scout? ) with stock fans, 2 slots in the top and 2 slots at the bottom of my side panel I could put fans in, will this week. All fine sizes are the same, not sure what size they are, but they are all the same :).

I have seen mucho complaints about FX8350 overheating with stock HSF, I turned off turbo core technology and lowered my voltage by 0.00125 as someone suggested in a different threat. Now seem to idle around 32-36c and gaming puts it up in the 50-60 range, no BSOD's so far but I'm pretty sure I haven't fixed the issue.

Prime 95 still raises the CPU heat extremely fast, but I do get each core engaged for a little bit before I had to turn it off (maybe 1-2 minutes?)

I recommend more fans and a better HSF. Post back if you get any more BSODs.
