Hi,

Computer spec as follow:
Intel i5-3570K (2 weeks old)
Asus Sabertooth Z77 (2 weeks old)
2 x MSI R7950-2PMD3GD5/OC (1 year old)
Corsair Dominator Platinum 2x4GB 1866 Mhz (1 year old)
OCZ Vertex 4 512GB (1 year old)
Super Flower Golden King 1000W (1 year old)

Without crossfire cable : Normally will BSOD 0x0000007F, when alt tab Tomb Raider then surfing the net to watch youtube.

With crossfire cable : Normally screen will black out or become unresponsive, when alt tab Tomb Raider then surfing the net to watch youtube.

During normal use (surfing the net, watching movies), at times, monitor will just black out or become unresponsive.

Sability test for atleast 12 hrs using AIDA64, Prime95 and IBT working fine. Using FurMark and 3Dmarks also working fine. Memtest ram for 8 hrs, no errors.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
Then Update Asmedia 106x SATA Controller. Get the Asmedia SATA Controller Driver V1.3.4.0 for Windows XP 32bit & XP 64bit & Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit.(WHQL) Version 1.3.4.0 dated 2012.03.27 from SABERTOOTH Z77 - Motherboards - ASUS

Well and good. Do you need not to do it anymore. Hope it is uninstalled from the control panel?

Now update ASMedia drivers and the SSD's firmware as suggested earlier.

When all is done, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Well, that is all possible for a hardware error. Use an alternative PCIe slot for a few days and see how it goes.
