Hi malte555.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Make it sure that your SSD's are running with the latest firmware.

  • Corsair Force 3
  • Corsair Force GS
Uninstall Marvell 91xx SATA 6G Controller from Control Panel > Programs and features. Then follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling to clean up the leftover.

Update your JMicron JMB36X Controller to the latest from ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/SATA_Controller/Windows/ . If you are using RAID, better you disable it in BIOS.

Let us know the results.

okey, I'm doing everything you said and right now I'm trying to update my SSD's using Corsair SSD toolbox but I seem to get an error every time saying: ''Firmware update failed.''
