Yeah! finally my computer return to its normal state! thanks to @koolkat77 for the guide. I was able to hibernate my computer and no more BSOD when i leave my computer on. Tq so much. :)

I'm using this guide by koolkat77 -

* Uninstall kaspersky antivirus 2013 using kaspersky removal tools on safe mode
* Uninstall vmware using revo uninstaller, clear all registery key using advanced mode feature. I can't find LENOVO ATK Hotkey ATK0101 ACPI UTILITY and Asus Charger Driver. Mybe i've done uninstall before this and only registery show up.
* Scan and run disk check and there's several error and windows repair the corrupt file upon system reboot
* Run Memtest86 pass 1 and found no error. Run about 1 hour 30 minute
* Install malwarebytes and scan for virus

Doing all of these i have my system run smooth again and faster than before. I think the main problem cause by kaspersky antivirus 2013 and corrupt system file. Again thanks for guiding me @koolkat77 :)
