BSOD while trying to install windows

Hey guys

I keep getting a BSOD when trying to reinstall windows 7 on my comp. It came up before so I decided to reformat the computer but now I can't even do that.
Heres the error, sorry i couldn't give any more information.

page fault in nonpaged area
0x00000050

I've tried looking up what that error could mean, and I've found out its either the memory, processor or graphics card. They said it could be the software, but since its reformatted I assume it can't be that.

Information about computer:
-32 bit capable of 64
-not original installed os
-retail
-bout 2 years old

Maybe faulty RAM

I would test your RAM with Memtest86+:

I will grab a hardware guru to take a look at this thread.

Post back with a screenshot and some results.

It does not create dump files - as he mentioned on one of his posts.

I don't have an OS on the computer currently, as i was in the process of reformatting.
Any ideas on what i could do ? =/

EDIT: Going to follow the steps provided on the Microsoft support link, i'll repost how it goes.

Obviously, it won't create dump files, because it was not yet booted into Windows 7, it was booted to the Windows 7 CD.

Try my suggestion and try another CD.
