Hi,

Would appreciate your help on this. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit on a Dell XPS 1640 (3.5 years old). Started having BSOD randomly a week ago while using Chrome or working.

I have run the SF Diagnostic tool, files as attached.

Looking forward to your advice! Thank you.

Hi sntan,

The last 3 crashes were caused by:

Intel wireless wi-fi driver:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Please update your driver to latest and reboot
Post back results

Also please uninstall Deamon tools: known for BSOD
Cheers

Dave

Also, I just noticed you have Advanced SystemCare installed on your system.

This could also cause problems in Win 7 and is also a cause of BSOD, you would do well to remove it: :)

The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software.
They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair.
Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors.
