Hello team,

Over the past few days I have been experiencing BSOD's. It appears to happen while browsing with firefox. I have attached the zipped dump file for you all to view. A couple of things that I noticed from the error was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, 0x000000d1,NETIO.SYS, NETIO.SYS+25a1d, and ntoskrnl.exe+75c40. I don't understand what these strings mean, but I'm confident that I'm in the right place. I'm grateful in advance for the forums help. Thank you.

IObit Malware Fighter seems to the main cause of the crash, however, there are a range of programs that are installed, which are known to cause problems such as BSODs.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Pro

Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or MagicISO.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 6
Start Menu\Programs\SpeedyPC Software
Start Menu\Programs\SpeedyPC Software\SpeedyPC Pro

Windows 7 doesn't require any programs which make changes to the operating system and registry, these programs tend to cause problems by modifying and deleting files.
Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\IObit Malware Fighter
Start Menu\Programs\Norton 360
Start Menu\Programs\Norton
Install and perform full scans with:
:info: Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.
