When I run Flight Sim X or CoD Black Ops when using the turbo key feature, I receive STOP 0X00000124 message. I ran memtest error free for 5 passes. I ran checkdisk and passed as well. When I run Prime under the blend setting I receive bsod STOP 0X00000124 message. Please note, I am not using the Turbo Key when I run Prime. I do have the most up to date BIOS and drivers for my rig and have never manually overclocked my rig beyond what Turbo Key by Asus does. Also, I do not know how to post or read the dump files created when I receive BSOD. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble understanding/ executing step three in the link you provided. I cant figure out how to get the report to put in HTML form. I do have the performance monitor open.

it has to sit for awhile before the file save options will work.
once it's finished creating the report saving should be easy.
It won't let you save until it's done it's little thing though.

Just to make sure this is not being caused by overheating, what is considered to hot for an AMD PhenomIIx4 970 processor?

Are you overclocking anything? If so, return to default values please (Reset the BIOS settings)

Run it until the temperatures stop increasing; usually less than ten minutes, If you don't see any artifacts or distortion on the screen, consider the test passed.

I think I have resolved the problem. I purchased a new cpu heatsink and fan and have been running prime95 for 2 hours now without BSOD. I will update status once I run Prime for 24 hours.
