Hi,

I gotten this BSOD message when I had my verifier turned on to check on something. The reason why I had my verifier turned on was because initially I had gotten a BSOD related to NDIS.sys which is my network driver. I had already ran SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
but it is reported ok.

I am attaching relevant dump files within, hopefully you could narrow it down and let me know what is going and what is causing the BSOD with suggestions so that I could have it removed.

System restore? Done that, to no effect. The ndis.sys bsod will come out from time to time especially when I am downloading stuff. Also I ran the realtek LAN test tool, and also ran memtest, no failure reported.
