Hello.

I have the following problem with some nasty BSODs which mostly appear while starting a video/stream with Flash player. With the WhoCrashed Tool I got the following source of error, which indicates the grafic cards driver.

Since I am no tech guru, I do not really know what to do or where I can install the new drivers. I have also attached a zip file with the necessary information.
If you could help me in this regard on how I should proceed to clear these errors, I would be very delighted.

Hallo Ferox and welcome to Sevenforums! :)

Actually all the dmp files in your upload are related to the graphics driver, so what I would recommend is that you download and install a driver sweeper tool, for example Revo Uninstaller is a pretty common one.

Once installed open it up and select AMD from the list of installed software and it will uninstall and delete everything related to AMD and reboot after that it has finished and it might be a good thing to have directly on the desktop the new and fresh drivers(<- click) from AMD in case you get some other problem.

Cheers and hopefully this will solve your issues and will keep the bugs at bay.
