Solved BSOD while watching YouTube, error 0x00000116

Sometimes when I am watching videos on YouTube, the video will stop playing and error message will pop up which reads:
"Driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver AMD driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

If I try to reload the video after this, the computer will immediately blue screen.

Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
