BSOD while watching YouTube or playing LoL, Etc...

Occurs randomly while playing LoL, or watching YouTube videos.

It continues to happen every 5 - 10min after it initially happens the first time.

I have noticed when the pc is shutdown for a day or so, it doesn't happen again as much, but then it starts again at some random time; next day or the day after that.

I think it may be a hardware issue - video card related? I have no idea.

Hello and welcome Ghost yes mate there are graphics failure dump files so it might be worth running a test on it after taking it out gently cleaning the card contacts and the slot and then reseating it back into the board.

all the details are there. i wasnt sure what exactly you wanted to see.

I still haven't taken out the graphics card and run the test. i do this after or before? im a bit confused.

Ghost mate some system specs would be handy though I can see some in the Speccy report which also tells me the temps are fine.

Now I do see also the motherboard is almost the same as the one I have in my main desktop - I have the P8Z77-V and to be honest I run NVidia graphics in mine as I went off AMD stuff a long time ago. Currently I am running a GTX 650Ti and with no problems. But if you are with the AMD stuff then it is your choice of course (and budget).
The driver you are after is this try reinstalling it if no good then it might come to running a test on that card but like I said I went over the NVidia after many problems with AMD stuff.

Using HW Info
You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.
The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel
FOR OTHER COMPONENTS
Open each + down into the component itself and then click on it (it will highlight in blue) - in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and other essential info that device. See pic for example.
