Hello,

I am not sure if it is the fact that I am watching videos that makes my computer crashing, but it seems it does... still I need to watch many videos - so it makes the BSOD random (at least for me)

I did the DM Log Collector. Here's the log!

Thank you in advance for your help :D

Maybe GPU is overheating. Try HWmonitor HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID and see what temps show after a while of watching videos (GPU will not have a temp reading of its own - but CPU temp might show if something is getting hot).

Also check if you have the latest graphic card driver for your HD6310.

Hi!

Thank you for the advice!

I installed the soft to monitor my CPU temperature. I did it a few weeks ago, but I might have to clean inside my computer again (actually, I think it helped a little bit...)

I check my driver with driveragent.com, and indeed, my video board driver is not updated... I'll do it!

I wait a few days to check if I have more blue screen and keep you inform!

Thx again !

Hello,

So I updated my video card driver and check the T° (until now, the max I saw is 76°C/168F°). But yesterday I had two more BSOD :( one of which didn't even reach the blue screen... and gave me the opportunity to make a picture ! >> to show you the type of screen I have before the BSOD...

My boyfriend remind me that I had those BSOD since I installed a plugins on google Chrome - that was a screen video capture (I think it is Screencastify, but I don't remember). At first glance with ggl, no issues are noticed with this software...

Also, Avast noticed me that I have two virus on my computer: GenMalicious and Evo-gen. I have to check them...

So I keep you inform. But if any, suggestion, please

Hello,

Some news from my side.

I uninstall Chrome to switch to Firefox.
Watching videos caused issues (Firefox suddenly closed) but some update of Java and Flash player avoid bugs.

Until now, no BSOD... Keep you inform..

Hello again!

So after 2 days of intensive work on my computer + some video on youtube watched via firefow.. I didn't get anymore BSOD....

CCL: Chrome s****!

As I already noticed, I have some cache memory trouble with firefox though. But well, I prefer to run CCleaner once a day than having my computer crashing while working...

So voilou !

Wish you a good day

M.
