Hi,

I'm at my wit's end with this. My PC keeps crashing an hour or two into any game.
I would appreciate some help on this very much.

I'm using Win 7 Ultimate x64.

The error codes vary, but in the last week I've had the following:
1) 0x0000000a
2) 0x00000019
3) 0x00000050
4) 0x0000003b
5) 0x0000001e

Everything was fine until I updated my video card's drivers to Catalyst 11.12. Since then I've uninstalled these drivers, cleaned up with driver sweeper, and reinstalled 11.11, but the crashes continue.

Thanks very much advance.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

Hi Lemur,

Thanks for the lightning quick response. I'll uninstall Daemon Tools and run the suggested SPTD uninstaller after. I'll report back on the results.

Cheers!

Unfortunately my pc still crashes when gaming. I've attached the latest minidump and the error code is again 0x0000000a.
I've also run the perfmon report and got the error "tv_ConfigMgrErr24" pointing to "LEGACY_MPK*". I went into device manager, looked at hidden devices and uninstalled 6 devices that had errors stating that the device is missing.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks very much.

Ok, seems the issue has been solved.

The dump above points to a network adapter being the culprit, so I updated my Wireless adapter and Ethernet Controller's divers. Playing Skyrim for 5 hours straight, no crashes.

Thanks!
