BSOD Win 7

WIN 7 pc does BSOD on cold boot. Runs fine when warmed up. Attached is the Dump & System File Collection Windows 7 . . .
- 64 bit Operating system
- the original is installed OS on the system (reinstalled a few times)
- full retail version.
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor 3.4 GHz 8.00 GB RAM

Bugcheck Param 1 indicates a memory exception not handled Test your memory

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.


System

Run a system file check to verify and repair system files

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Let us know the results from the report at the end.
