BSOD Win32k.sys No particular cue to make this happen. WIN7Ux64

This bsod seem to happen more often when i run my loop program
This program is used to record Keyboard and mouse actions to allow for play back.
This program is a must have for what I do with in my company it saves me well over 100,000 inputs a day
Its name is Tasker I FIGURED THIS BE IMPORTANT TO MENTION EVEN THOUGH I FOR FACT KNOW ITS NOT THE CAUSE. Being Previous machine build had same error and was not useing this period.

This error Happens at random as well

also it must be noted the level of insanity and extremes I have gone to in order to try and solve this issue.
3 reinstalls standard
1 reinstall LLF

NEW PARTS
Motherboard
Ram
Video card
Hard drive
CPU
Basicly whole new machine cause from previous machine i was haveing this issue as well AND WAS NOT USING TASKER ON IT.

What is NOT new.. Secondary Harddrive and Powersupply

The Minidump is consistant with its error

Memtest86 ran a 48 hour test on the memory NO errors

My system build is:
amd Phenom black unlocked 8120 8 core
MSI Nvidia 620 gt
Patriot 16gb "2x8"
Gigabyte Motherboard GA-970A-D3
Old Primary hard drive WD 320 10k
NEW primary hard drive Seagate 1tb 7.2k ""TOAY NEW""
Original Secondary hard drive from BOTH builds WD 2.5 tb 7.2k

PS.. NOTHING is OVERclocked or manipulated from its orignal MFG state. So this factor can be ruled out out instantly.

Product ID: Win 7,Ultimate,ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD

It appears the installation is non-genuine.
The Key is that of a Acer/Gateway/Packard OEM computer - and the motherboard is a retail one by Gigabyte.
This may well be your issue.
You will need to reformat and reinstall with genuine media and Key.

I had purchased this particular license from ebay. -_- "I knew it was to good to be true" Breaking the seal on my Windows 7 I purchased from a retail store for the wifes computer She will enjoy that. I will post what comes of this and thanks for your time. Time to file some ebay claims.

Sorry to hear that, many people get fooled by unscrupulous sellers on Ebay, these keys will activate windows initially but will most likely the same key will have been sold to other buyers, eventually resulting in Microsoft blacklisting the key.

Added note. You only have a limited amount of time (45 days I believe) to file a claim with the auction site.

If you reinstall Windows 7 using genuine media, please feel free to pop back if you experience any further issues.
