BSOD win7 64 after long sleep caused by dxgkrnl.sys

Hi Guys ,
I have been battling this issue for over 6M reading many posts and suggestion and went through updating my graphics drivers and then moving back to old ones then back to newest .
The strange thing is that it only happened after long sleeps (over 4-8 hours) .
It never happens in any other case only after resuming the computer from a long sleep .
I am attaching the files as stated in the rules .
Your help would be MOST appreciated!

Win7 64 , 16GB RAM , i7 3.4Ghz

Welcome to the 7forums.

The 0x116(VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE) is a graphics problems.
It means that the graphics drivers couldn't respond within a certain time amount.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD

Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

   Note

Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

   Warning

Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

Thanks for the attempt to help - I did everything you recommended but after 4-5 days the BSOD returned . same error .

What are the temps when the GPU is idle and under load?
