Hello Nickytheg, welcome to SF!

Your last dump here is from July 23rd? Was that the last time you crashed?

Your log shows problems with devices though. See your Devices screen and solve any exclamation marks there.

HTML:
Marvell 91xx Config ATA Device IDE\PROCESSORMARVELL_91XX_CONFIG_____________________1.01____\6&5F8B5B3&0&1.1.0 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&SUBSYS_84131043&REV_03\4&CF85AA7&0&0010 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Your last crash on the 8th shows problems with a PnP driver that could be related to this. Have you been trying to connect a (new?) device?

Also, part of the problem could be some failed windows Updates on july 20th.
Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.

1-ASACPI.SYS a major cause of BSOD's in the 2005 rev.

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUS teK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE

Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

If all the above is fixed and you still have BSODS on waking up/hibernating, then we'll start looking at your powersettings/energysaving settings on the devices.
