NVIDIA DRIVERS 197.45WHQL My apologies, i had pasted it twice.... Since updating this no crashes. However, listed on a ms windows forum, a few users w/ win 7 and nvidia cards had the same issue, how they solved theirs bsod was uninstalling windows updates that were installed before the crashes and it fixed the bsod. I uninstalled some as well, since both of those I haven't had a bsod. Cautiously optimistic...

The latest BSOD is display related.
Code:
BugCheck 1A, {5003, fffff70001080000, 460d, 460f00008c3a}

Probably caused by : [COLOR=Red]dxgmms1.sys[/COLOR] ( dxgmms1!VIDMM_SEGMENT::SafeProbeAndLockPages+229 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
Here the failing element is nvidia display driver.
Code:
fffff880`02d5a500  fffff880`0f77b6f0Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR]
 nvlddmkm+0x7606f0
Which is very old.
Code:
fffff880`0f01b000 fffff880`0fd44700   nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
[COLOR=Red]    Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
    Timestamp:        Sun Apr 04 05:36:21 2010[/COLOR] (4BB7D7FD)
    CheckSum:         00D35ED9

    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
And, the display driver is not standalone, but a chipset element.

ITEM | VALUE
Name | NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Adapter Type | GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 , NVIDIA compatible Adapter Description NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Driver | c:\windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys

The other dump is incomplete .... but as you stated it is Ntfs.sys, I checked for the SCSI controller and got it:
Code:
start             end                 module name
fffff880`00fb1000 fffff880`00fdc000   nvstor     (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\nvstor.sys
[COLOR=Red]    Image name: nvstor.sys
    Timestamp:        Sat Mar 20 02:15:11 2010[/COLOR] (4BA3E257)
    CheckSum:         000291A5
    ImageSize:        0002B000
    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Similarly old, as it is also a chipset element.

You already updated chipset, the the best possible one, I guess. Still it is the situation.
In my best opinion you shout think about the motherboard now.
