Hello Bab,

Dump blames Memory Corruption. Test it with Memtest86+: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Run at least 7 passes! (6-8 hours, do this overnight)

Uninstall ALL ASUS Software as they are known cause of BSOD.

Hello,

I ran all 19 dumps; it seems there may be a few different possibilities. The most straightforward of these is Kaspersky. Start by updating the program itself, as newer versions seem to be much better about causing BSODs.

It's fully possible that your outdated network adapter drivers are the cause as well; perhaps the combination of the old version of both is what is causing these BSODs. Install this updated Realtek network driver: Realtek
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009 (4A16BC2E)

If, after updating the network driver and Kaspersky itself, you still get BSODs, remove Kaspersky completely, according to these directions: Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products | Kaspersky Lab United States

I suggest Microsoft Security Essentials as a replacement.

Also, your ATI graphics drivers were mentioned. Uninstall CCC, and install the driver only, from here: ATI Radeon

The driver only can be found in the Individual downloads section.

If the BSODs persist, run driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

...Summary of the dumps:
