Hi, please note, I'm new at BSOD debugging but am being watched by writhziden so don't worry!

Please remove the following software:
Code:
Advanced System Care 5

Many of us on the forums actually do not recommend automated optimization tools for Windows 7. Windows 7 does a much better job of handling its own optimization than its predecessors did. We especially do not recommend registry cleaning as an "optimization" step because automated registry cleaning causes more harm to the registry than it actually repairs.

In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows 7, please post a thread in Performance & Maintenance - Windows 7 Forums or follow the tutorial enclosed in that forum to Optimize Windows 7.

I would also recommend uninstalling IObit Malware Fighter and replacing it with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows. This will offer better protection and is less likely to contribute to a BSOD. If you want on demand malware protection I recommend Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware as this offers better protection.

The dump files you provided pointed to ntkrnlmp.exe as the cause. This is a system file and is very unlikely to cause a BSOD. As a result I recommend you check your hardware for issues. Please run Memtest86+ to check your RAM. Let it run for 6-8 passes overnight as described in the tutorial. Also check your HDD for errors using Seatools.

Report back the results please.

Please run the hardware checks as described above.

Also, even though you have had BSOD's before installing the iobit products, I strongly recommend you uninstall them. They are known to cause or contribute towards BSOD's.
