2-ESET- remove and replace with Microsoft security essentials
http://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

3- memory management test yours with memtest

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

In addition to Ken's advice:

Install this updated Realtek Ethernet driver: Realtek

The combination of the old version of ESET and the old network drivers may have been the cause, before you updated ESET.

Run driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Also, run Prime95: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html
