Bsod Windows 7 Ultimate. Help

Hi.

I recently upgraded from windows vista home premium to windows 7 ultimate edition.

I did a complete reformat and installed all my drivers again through driver genius professional.

Everything seems to work but my computer crashes after almost every restart and goes into a blue screen.

One of the codes that i remeber is C0002la.

I have also attached the dump file.

I tried to follow the rules for posting but i was not able to download the one file.

Looking at your dump I don't see much to go on. Your Agere modem drivers should be updated:

Your TOSHIBA ACPI-Based Value Added Logical and General Purpose Device Driver should be updated too:
