hi we have had problems with windows seven pro and a bsod we have made a dump files and would be greatfull if anyone could give some advice thanks

The error 0x4A(IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE) might lately be caused by Bitdefender as the Bitdefender's main active protection process is active at the time of the crash.

Please uninstall Bitdefender using the appropriate uninstall tool you can find here and see how it goes.
