Solved BSOD - Windows rebooted from bugcheck

I have done a memtest on the ram and it was ok after 8 passes.

I might try turning on windows search again and see if I get a BSOD again. I am a bit lost without the search function!

Hi Arc,

Just got another BSOD after activating Windows Search after a two week break. I put the PC into sleep mode and when I returned about an hour later and moved the mouse to wake it up it produced the BSOD. Here is the error report:

I think you have correctly identified the symptoms of the problem. When Windows Search is on and Sleep mode is used for the PC it must create some problem in the particular software configuration of my PC.
