I have a BSOD issue.
Recent installs were a newer graphics card on 11/08/2017.
After that, youtube videos would play slower when my cursor was not on the video being displayed.

My first BSOD was yesterday, 12/05/2017, after installing, KB4051034, "2017-11 Preview of Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems", but it didn't happen right after that - it was several hours later. And I upgraded Firefox to 57.0.1 (from 56+) yesterday as well.

I also installed Blizzard online StarCraft2 game. I had no problems with the game, but couldn't get out of it for several minutes. The system ran slower for about 10 minutes after my increasingly frantic keypresses to extract myself from the game.

Today, as well, I got another BSOD. I think I was on Firefox. The game was not running.

When you reboot after a crash, there's a windows app that fires up asking if you'd like to search Windows for the solution. Both times I said yes and then its window disappeared never to be seen again.

I would appreciate your help in the matter. I've attached the requested output of the dm log collector program.
Thanks,

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
  1. 18 .txt,
  2. 1 .nfo,
  3. 1 or more .dmp,
files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

If re-running the DM Log Collector doesn't work, run this command in an admin command prompt, it creates a new folder CollectedFiles on the desktop. Right click the folder, sent it to a zip and upload the zip.
md "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\CollectedFiles"&wmic /output:"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\CollectedFiles\hotfix.txt" qfe list full /format:table&copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\CollectedFiles"&dxdiag /t %temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\CollectedFiles\dxdiag.txt"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\CollectedFiles\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\CollectedFiles\systeminfo.tmp"&findstr /v "Owner." Just to be sure,
I am to un-install Kaspersky (not just exit the program),
and re-install the BIOS?

Thanks,

Uninstall Kaspersky, not exit or disable, uninstall.

Reinstall or update the chipset drivers, not the BIOS.
On Dell support page there is a category filter, select 'chipset'.

continue to work on this

I'd like to continue to work on this. The delay was due to a Kaspersky international license that had to connect to a VPN in Malaysia and access a server in Australia, which I was uncomfortable doing after my initial install. I'm now on American servers and have confidence to uninstall/reinstall Kaspersky.

I was only able to find the Intel chipset driver for the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows XP-64bit, and Windows 2000 at,
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=GXPVK
It is the only one listed in the category, 'chipset'.

I uninstalled Kaspersky and ran the driver, R130391.exe.
Being on Windows 7-64bit, the driver install program stated it was the wrong operating system and quit.
Do I need to reinstall Windows 2000, add the chipset driver there, then upgrade back to Windows 7?

Thanks,
