Solved BSOD with Bug Check: 000000A

This is an ongoing problem that I have been having with my Windows 7 Laptop. I believe, it crashed with Bug Check: 000000A instead of going into sleep mode.

Here is my dump logs.

It is not letting me download the latest version, because I need to remove the older version that is installed on my system first. How do I remove it?

No. I tried to remove the old program in safe mode.

I hope so! The tunneling adapter still won't work though. I troubleshooted it, and it said it had a driver problem.

Do not how many times we have fixed that .. Seems to come and go for some unknown reason ...

Why ? Select it right click Enable .. Or if that does not work Update Driver ...
