BSOD with "Driver Power State Failure" message

Hi all!

I have a new laptop(HP 250 G3 Notebook) with Windows 8 initially installed on it.
I formatted it and installed Windows 7 Pro 32bit.
Few hours later,the 1st BSOD occurred when I was trying to hibernate the system.
Kindly note that it has some drivers missing(as in the print screen attached) and I'm still struggling to find it.
Please, help me out with this.

Please check the content of the zip file for the following files before uploading

• 18 .txt
• 1 .nfo

Not finding any of those files in the zipped one.

Please boot into safe mode and try running the tool again.

Please try following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

The WRP did not find any integrity violation.
Beside attached is the logs after running the DM logs collector tool in Safe mode.
But the file in zip still not containing "18.txt" and "1.nfo" .

It is odd that I can't read the dumps without errors.
I am not sure why, but I cannot trust the information the dumps are given which is that a Windows driver is causing the crashes.
Specific a few USB drivers from Windows, but that is a false positive.

Please make sure you have installed the right drivers for your laptop from your manufacturer.

Assuming the USB driver is causing problems, then it would be either a faulty port or the connected device.
If you have anything connected to your laptop, please disconnect it and test your system.
