BSOD with "Memory_Management"

Hi guys,

I BSOD with the above error. I believe it was caused by ntoskrl.exe. Can anyone just help me analyse the dmp file attached?

The one uploaded dmp was caused by memory management. Not definitive but probably caused by your AVG.

AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST
