BSOD with multiple messages

I have a Dell XPS 710. Latest BIOS and I have upgraded to Windows 7 64 professional. I am constantly having BSOD problems. I have (I think) updated all drivers to latest 64 bit versions.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

64 bit
Original Windows Xp professional 32 - full retail
system is 3 years old.
Win 7 install is three months

You have these really out of date drivers, please update them as soon as possible, they are messing up your system:

-PxHlpa64 PxHlpa64.sys Tue Dec 11 06:49:01 2007 (475DD06D)
Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs)
If you dont know what program using it, Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

4 of the above point to SIlicon Image driver, they are too old to run on window 7 and As far as I know, there haven't been any updates for window 7, but at least the date is 2007, not 2006

All of these DMP have stop code 124,
Stop code 124 is almost always hardware related. Please read this article to know what it means and what to try:

Please follow step by step in there, make sure you will perform following hardware stress test:
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.
Try this free stress test: Free Software - GIMPS

Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.

Check your computer temperature by using SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

My computer used to get BSOD Stop Errors because my Processor was overheating.

This could happen if your heatsink isnt seated/attached properly, or if you have your system overclocked and its reaching too high of a CPU temperature.

TTran's suggestion for checking your temperatures can varify this

Yes, overclocking is a very obvious reason for this stop code 124, thanks for reminding that.
@OP: Yes, if you are overclocking, please go to BIOS and set everything to optimal default setting, that will help a lot

Well, I have renamed the old drivers. I ran memtest a few days ago and it found no errors. I don't overclock (learned that lesson a while ago).
I have a program, SIW, that reports the operatinng temps of the CPU cores, but I don't know what the normal operating range is.
I'll run prime95 overnig and see what happens. but, I think it may the SIL 3124.
I have 4 raid cards and I had problems with them getting them running with Windows 7 64. I use the SIL 3124 with
two external Lacie Biggest S2S boxes, so I need a Raid card that supports mulitport. Another odd thing: when I go into VDS,
it always tells me I need to initialize drives 3 and 5, but there are no drives 3 and 5.

Tried every thing...

Updated True Image, renamed Px*sys driver, and made sure that the Si3124 drivers are the latest 64 bit versions. Ran Prime 95 for 24 hours. Ran SIS burn in for 24 vhours Still geting BSOD's
