BSOD with new system can't solution..

hey everyone. i just recently built a computer and it keeps having bsod issues and freezing. im not sure the cause of it, but when i goto event viewer it says this stuff pasted below..

i also attached the some minidumps.. this has been happening pretty often. ever since i built the machine it has been occuring.. here is my set up:

Hi and welcome

It seems like most of these crashes are related to sritical system files crashing. I dont believe it is an OS problem. Gut feeling says MEMORY

I would
first run system file check to verify and repair your system files
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin> sfc /scannow
let us know the results as yo may have to run this more than once.

I would downlaod memetestx86 and run it for at leasrt several hours

If you are oveclocking stop
if you have a raid update its driver

i have ran sfc /scannow before and it did not pick up any errors. i will try the memtest. ill post results as soon as it is done. thanks for the reply
