Solved BSOD with newly built PC - Occurs mostly on shutdowns and restarts

Hello,
I built this PC late last week with all new parts (see below). I have downloaded all the driver's from Asus's website for my mobo, and nVidia's website for my Video Card, as well as the Rosewill Wireless USB Adapter that is plugged in to my computer.
I put everything together, and updated all my drivers this past weekend (and reinstalled most of them today in trying to fix the problem). Occasionally, on restarts or shutdowns, I get a BSOD. It's not every time, but it's certainly enough to notice and drive me crazy. A computer I built 6 days ago is to young to get constant BSODs... BlueScreenView seems to consistently blame ntoskrnl.exe. I ran MemTest86+ today through 5 cycles with no errors.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Any help you guys can give me would certainly be appreciated since I'm at a loss. I'm not overclocking and my CPU temps are in the range of 20-30C when immediately booting back up after the BSOD. Please let me know if you have any questions or need to know anything else.

You've got quite a few crashes blaming your Windows Kernel Mode Driver Framework Runtime driver. I doubt that is the underlying cause. When Windows drivers are blamed it is either hardware or a low level driver.

One of the crashes blamed your Atheros Valkyrie BootRom. I'm not sure what that is, but the driver/software needs to be updated or removed.

Update this driver. Under device manager, find your Wireless Lite-N device, right click and update driver. Point it to the folder where you extracted this zip - ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows

Please remove any ASUS software you installed. They do more harm then good.

An update

Thanks for the quick response.

The Atheros Valkyrie BootRom is for the onboard bluetooth on my mobo (which actually has yet to work). I uninstalled it and removed its drivers for now. If that's the cause, I won't be heartbroken.

The athurx.sys is for the USB Wireless Adapter I have - Newegg.com - Rosewill RNX-N150HG (RNWD-11004) IEEE 802.11b/g/n, USB 2.0, High Gain Wireless-N Adapter (1T1R) Up to 150Mbps Data Rates, 64/128-bit WEP, complies with WPA/WPA2 standard (TKIP/AES) - It said those drivers were up to date, but I removed and reinstalled them for good measure.

I deleted all the ASUS software I installed.

Ran the short and long tests within SeaTools. Passed both of them.

I'm about to restart and run Memtest86 overnight tonight. I'll report back and let you know how it goes.

OK - I ran a Memtest86+ for 9 passes last night with no failures.

Knock on wood, the computer ran fine today with no BSODs... Seems like it was the onboard bluetooth (Atheros Valkyrie BootRom) or the driver for the wireless USB. I'll give it a couple more days of use before I mark this as solved, just to be sure. Thanks for your help mgorman87! I'll report back if there's any more crashes.
