BSOD with no keyboard or mouse or access to bios pls help!

Hi, when I turn my pc on I get bios splash screen but mouse or keyboard wont work to get into bios settings.(Even though there is power going to both k/board and mouse) After bios splash screen I get the dreaded BSOD (with no mouse cursor). I have tried step by step re-installation of all hardware with clean. I have tried different pci slots for my graphics card and network card and still the same. I have also tried removing/replacing the mobo battery. I am completely stumped guys can you help me? Cant get into windows at all!

We dont have any hint about the BSOD. Can you take a camera snap of the BSOD screen and let us see it? May be the onscreen codes will give us some idea about what is going there.
