As you can tell by the title, I have experienced numerous BSOD while using uTorrent. This has been happening almost every time I download with utorrent for the past 5 months. The torrent download will start and then a few minutes later my computer crashes.
I have been looking around and saw this was likely a driver problem, so i tried to download new network drivers, but another BSOD occurred.

Using BlueScreenView I saw the uTorrent crash was due to NETIO.SYS driver and the more recent BSOD due to the ntoskrnl.exe driver. The dump info is attached, please help!

AVG is causing your crashes, I don't know why exactly. It's definitely the culprit though.

I just got rid of Symantec Endpoint Protection and installed AVG about a week ago. Do you have suggestions for a better antivirus? And do you have any idea why uTorrent was crashing my computer before AVG was installed?

Well if they've always been the same sort of crashes netio.sys is basically managing your connection, it shouldn't crash under normal circumstances.
The driver/software for the lan/wifi could be old/bad needs a reinstall.

I don't really suggest using wifi for torrenting. The way torrenting uses massive numbers of multiple connections to get the data together, wifi just isn't really made for that specific kind of data transfer.

Also it wouldn't hurt to go into your power options and make sure it's not trying to put the system to sleep while the torrent client is running.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll get rid of AVG when I get home. Also, for the past month or so I have plugged an ethernet cord in and disabled my wifi when downloading torrents and the BSOD still happens.
This might be a dumb question, but how do I update the drivers/software for my lan/wifi?

I used uninstalled AVG and used the AVG removal tool to get rid of any remaining data. Then I updated my wireless driver through Intel and all other drivers were said to be updated. I downloaded mse but about an hour later my computer crashed with the following dump:

This is all connection related system files crashing.
My debugger was telling me the earlier ones were avg.

You don't by any chance have driver verifier on do you? please check and disable if so.

Other than that could you please attach the new minidump (will have to zip) to your next post, it's location is in the information you already provided.

After disabling driver verifier I haven't had the crashes, and I used uTorrent all day yesterday and no crashes. Must have had something to do with antivirus or my wifi driver
