Hi.
I have been getting BSOD since I installed a VPN access. The PC crashes everytime I try to use the VPN. It seems to be related with anodlwfx.sys, but I am not sure what should I do.
Please check my dump file. Any help will be much apreciated. Tks.

Hello Mike and welcome to 7forums! :)

Could you run the log collector again as it seems it didn't do it's job 100%, did you remember to run it as admin?

Cheers, Boris :)

Thanks a lot for your help, BorisTheAnimal! :)

I changed some Windows services, to get the log collector to work correctly, but now it's facing an issue: it got stuck on "generating msinfo report", so I skipped that part. I'm posting an updated log report. Any clues?

Thanks again!

Yeah no problem Mike.

I'm not that sure that you are supposed to skip any part of the log collector, if you do then some members here might think you want to skip it because you are running a non-genuine version of 7, just let it run even if it gets stuck at some point.

Though if you have left it running for hours and it's still stuck then you can maybe abort it.

Cheers, Boris :)
