BSOD without having Operating System

Hi I got this old laptop and im trying to fix it to give it to my son its a IBM THINKPAD T42.

The thing is that im trying to install windows 7., it had it before i delete the whole thing doesn't have system right now its in blank.

i get thiese blue screens:

I used 2 diferent new memory ram and hard disk.

Test the hardware from the Troubleshooting steps link in picture below.

Then follow the same steps as for Reinstall. Boot installer, delete all partitions again, create new and click Next. What happens?
