BSOD working remote on VPN

Hello

BSOD while working remote through vpn
Also computer crashes/ freezes after video call sessions

need help as I am unable to troubleshoot !

specs;

windows 7 pro
IntelCore i7-5820K
PNY NVIDIA Quadro K2200 4GB
asus x99-a motherboard

Hi and sorry for not getting back to you earlier, my site has had difficulties loading for some reason.

You shouldn't need to manually create a dump folder, you should just ensure that the "small memory dump" checkbox is checked from the first method. Do you not have enough permissions to set that rule? Can you try accessing the C:\Windows\Minidump folder, or do you not have enough permissions to do so either?
